SS4A award announcements are anticipated during the first quarter of 2027). Upon award notification, a qualified firm will be selected to prepare a citywide Safety Action Plan for all existing and future multi-modal surface transportation needs and goals in accordance with local and regional plans, including the GHMPO Safety Action Plan, Bike and Pedestrian Plan, and Metropolitan Transportation Plans, including the Highlands to Islands Trail. 3) The city also intends to apply for FY 28/FY 29
