Sealed bids for construction of the Quarry Raw Water Supply Project (Contract "E") will be received until the closing time of April 29, 2026 @ 2:00 PM local time. The Work to be completed shall consist of construction of ± 28,000 LF of 24" raw water main, complete with bores, fittings combination air valves, driveway and road replacement, grassing, erosion and sediment control measures, and all related work for a complete installation. Time allotted for completion of work will be a maximum of 335 consecutive calendar days. All Work shall be completed in accordance with the plans and specifications. The Work will be awarded in one (1) Contract. (See Supporting Documents Section 5 for more information.)
