All responses submitted to the City are subject to the Texas Public Information Act and other applicable laws governing public records.Please see Scope of Services and Exhibit C for specifications on this quote. Exhibit D should be submitted with cost in section A or B of the price sheet.Upon award, vendor shall agree to Exhibit A and Exhibit B and complete the City’s Vendor Packet along with any required forms and service agreement.
