    The City of Hagerstown is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to perform tree removal; apply silvicide, as needed; conduct stump grinding, as needed; complete grading and tillage; grout animal burrows identified on the berm; and perform hydroseeding and mulching on the Flood Protection Berm, in accordance with the direction of the Maryland Department of the Environment Dam Safety Division. Please see the attached “Area of Work” plan sheet, which outlines the project area. The Request for Proposal (RFP) outlines the services that are required, the process for selecting a contractor, and the essential information that must be included in the proposal.
