    This Contract is for the construction of transit, pedestrian, and bicycle infrastructure improvements throughout Phase 2 as part of the RAISE East-West Corridor Transit Priority Project along a 20-mile opportunity corridor from Kingston Road along Edmondson Avenue at the Baltimore City line from the west, through downtown Baltimore to just past Quinton Road along Eastern Avenue prior to the Baltimore County line to the east. Additionally, this Contract is also for PROWAG improvements, including reconstruction and enhancement, of the existing Dante Barksdale Square Bus Hub located in Baltimore City at East Fayette Street and North Caroline Street.
