SBUH is seeking to enter into a contract for license and support to its RALS software system. Any such agreement will include software support, associated components support (including hardware components, if applicable), third party software products as may be relevant, and device module software. Support must include: Corrections of substantial defects in RALS and/ or Software Module(s) so that RALS and/or Software Module(s) will operate in accordance with Documentation; Periodic updates to RALS and/ or Software Module(s), Telephone support twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week, to assist Hospital in using RALS/Software Module(s) and troubleshooting issues; Remote system support to permit training, diagnostic troubleshooting and delivery of periodic updates. Support of all supplied components, including repair, replacement, or exchange of components that are not functioning properly. Any vendor that is interested must be authorized and certified to provide RALS licensing and support from the OEM and be able to show documentation of such authorization and certification.
