    Description

    This project will execute repair to the Combat Trench feature of Range 21 IPBC (CATCODE 17897) Infantry Platoon Battle Course at Fort Pickett. Work will include: Excavation, stockpiling, and stabilizing soil from the work area. Removing, straightening, or replacing wooden posts and timbers as needed. Repairing and/or replacing drain tiles where needed. Backfill, final grading and seeding.A Mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at the conference room of Building T0229 within the DPW Compound at 1:30 PM, on April 7, 2026. Following sign-in and the reading of the pre-bid conference agenda we will visit the job site. Attendance shall be mandatory for those submitting a bidVirginia military installations now require a Real ID for access to the installation.All parties must present valid government approved identification (REAL ID) when arriving on Fort Pickett and should allow extra time accordingly.
