This allows our members to efficiently and cost-effectively purchase from local and national vendors.

This Request for Proposal (RFP) aims to establish a long-term contract with qualified contractor(s) that provide a variety of real estate consulting, brokerage, and advisory services to assist Members in the effective planning, acquisition, leasing, management, redevelopment, and disposition of real property assets as needed. The initial term of this cooperative contract will be for one (1) year with the potential of four (4) one-year extensions.
