The Hillsborough County Facilities Management & Real Estate Services Department (FMRES) is seeking to pre-qualify multiple contractors to provide on-demand title report search services for real estate located within Hillsborough County, Florida. All title search reports must be prepared in accordance with the specifications outlined in Exhibit A (Format for Each Parcel of Title Search Report), Exhibit B (Title Service Company Pre-Qualification Application), and Exhibit C (Commitment for Title Insurance, Schedule B – Section 2). The County reserves the right to issue multiple POs to different pre-qualified contractors based on availability, pricing, and performance. This project funding/work is estimated at $250,000.00 for the five (5) year performance period.
