    It shall be the intent and purpose of these Specifications to outline the terms and conditions under which a successful offeror (Contractor) shall provide the management staff for DIETARY SERVICES for the Congregate Meal Program as administered by the Area Agency on Aging (AAA). Contractor to propose Congregate Meal Program fee as requested by this proposal. --- QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS --- Q: 1. Please identify all material changes, additions, deletions, or revised requirements in RFP #635-2631 compared with the prior release, RFP #635-2626. 2. Please confirm the reason the original solicitation was rebid and whether any requirements were revised in response to questions, proposals, or other issues arising from the earlier release. 3. Will the County provide a redlined document, change log, or addendum summarizing the differences between the two solicitations? 4. Does the rebid supersede the prior solicitation and all related addenda, questions, answers, and submissions in their entirety? 5. Are prior bidders required to submit a complete new proposal, including all forms and certifications, or may any previously submitted materials be incorporated by reference? A: RFP# 635-2626 proposals were rejected in the best interest of the county. All previous and new vendors are invited to submit a new proposal package. We have removed the required pre-bid meeting and mandatory attendance and bonding requirements from RFP# 635-2631.
