    Description

    This is a REBID after determining available budget for the project and adjusting scope.Work consists of asphalt rehabilitation across seven campus locations (4 locations are to be bid as individual additive alternates), including grind and inlay, remove and replace, crack filling, seal coating, slurry coating, and re-striping/pavement markings (parking, ADA, traffic, and fire lanes). All work shall be coordinated with the College to minimize operational disruption and comply with applicable safety, ADA, and regulatory requirements. This project will be awarded as a lot for the entire project.The scope includes, but is not limited to, the following work activities as required per location:• Grind and Inlay of existing asphalt pavement to address surface deterioration and restore proper grades.• Remove and Replace asphalt pavement in areas with structural failure or significant degradation.• Crack Filling to seal existing cracks and prevent water intrusion and further pavement damage.• Seal Coating to protect asphalt surfaces and extend pavement life.• Slurry Coating where specified to improve surface uniformity and durability.• Re-striping and Pavement Markings, including parking stalls, traffic lanes, fire lanes, ADA markings, directional arrows, and other required striping, in accordance with current codes and campus standards.All work shall be coordinated with Orange Coast College Maintenance & Operations to minimize disruption to campus operations, maintain access where required, and comply with all applicable safety, ADA, and regulatory requirements.
