Pulaski County Government, requests statements of qualifications for Recovery Community Organization Behavioral Health Service Providers, including accredited providers and those who are licensed by the State of Arkansas to perform and provide holistic and structured alcohol and drug treatment to include transitional housing for individuals referred to by the offices, departments, and operations of Pulaski County, such as the Pulaski County Regional Detention Facility, and offices, departments and operations wo whom Pulaski County provides services, such as the various courts operating in Pulaski County. Your submission should also include, but is not limited to, resume that includes behavior health experience and references. Please submit your Interest and Qualifications as an attachment no later than Tuesday, February 10, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. RFQ-26-008 Pulaski County reserves the right to reject any or all statements received.
