To ensure compliance with the Pennsylvania Right-to-Know Law, 65 P.S. § 67.101, et seq., Proposer shall submit one redacted copy of the proposal (in addition to the other required copies of the un-redacted proposal) if Proposer believes that the response contains trade secrets, proprietary information, or other confidential content. Proposer must also provide a written statement, signed by a representative of the Proposer, certifying that the record contains a trade secret or confidential proprietary information. Proposals must be submitted no later than 3:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time, February 27, 2026.
