The Pechanga Band of Indians (“Tribe”) is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to construct a Recycling Center on the Pechanga Indian Reservation for the Tribal residential community.
This building will be a 40ft by 50ft premanufactured steel building assembled on a cement foundation built at the existing Pechanga Transfer Station. The building will have an interior office and bathroom for staff, mezzanine for light storage, and utilities.
The purpose of this work is to construct a Recycling Center that will house staff and be used for sorting, processing, and temporarily storing recyclable materials. The design/build contractor will produce a coordinated plan and assemble a team to construct the Recycling Center based on existing prepared plans to complete the project in collaboration with the Tribe.
