Minimum Qualifications The NYSDOH will only accept bid proposals from bidders who meet all minimum requirements. Bidder must have at least five (5) years of experience providing rehabilitation/therapy services. Bidder must have at least five (5) years of experience in providing rehabilitation/therapy administration such as billing and scheduling of patient care. Bidder must have at least five (5) years of experience in providing staffing, including recruitment, retention and management of rehabilitation/ therapy staff, both licensed and un-licensed. Bidders must have at least five (5) years of experience providing rehabilitation management and staffing in a long-term care facility of at least two hundred (200) beds. Experience acquired concurrently is considered acceptable.
