In addition, bidders shall be required to obtain a digital signature certificate prior to submitting bids online. To assure consideration of your bid, all bids and addenda should be returned in an envelope or package clearly marked with the bid opening date and the bid number as follow: Reinforced Concrete Box Culverts Bids will be received no later than 1:00p.m., Monday, June 15, 2026, at the Parish President’s Office, 2nd Flr Conference Room, Parish of Livingston, 29261 S. Frost Rd, Livingston, LA 70754. After this date and time, there will not be any bids received. Bidders may attend the bid opening. All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud by a designated representative at the above stated date and time.
