    Nebraska Public Power District (DISTRICT) intends to procure helicopter services and all other necessary labor and equipment for the removal of the overhead shield wire (OHSW) suspension insulators and hardware at 303 structure locations, removal and replacement of OHSW dead-end hardware at 15 structure locations, and aerial number replacements at 324 structure locations. These services shall be performed on one (1) 345kV Transmission Line (TL). TL 3510 is a single circuit 345kV line constructed with lattice towers, located between the DISTRICT’S Keystone Substation and the Missouri Basin Power Project Substation.
