Plans will be available after March 4, 2026, through Camelot Print & Copy Centers (518-435-9696 & https://www.camelotplanroom.com/ ). A project walk-through has been scheduled for March 18, 2026, at 1:00pm meeting at the Morris Conference Center, Craven Lounge. Please confirm the date/time with the Consultant. All bidders must present evidence of skill, experience and financial qualifications per Information to Bidders, Section 7 of the project specs. Subcontracting is permitted (Section 2.18 of SUCF Agreement). Principal subcontractors must be named within 48 hrs after bid opening per Information for Bidders Section 8. Bidders must submit within 48 hrs either certification of its NYS VendRep questionnaire (preferred) or a signed and notarized paper CCA2 form (Version 3/22 only), Attachments A, B, and C, Appendix A form, work descriptions, and preliminary project schedule.
