We have the following questions for clarification: The fixtures on P100A are noted to be included as Alternate #2. There is an EWC-1 drinking fountain fixture that does not include that note. Is this fixture to also be included as part of Alternate #2 or the base bid? Also, is the underground plumbing noted on P100U which serves the above noted fixtures to be provided under the base bid or as part of Alternate #2? There is not a clear note or line of delineation to show what work is covered as base bid or alternate #2. Also, is the above grade plumbing noted on P100A which serves the above noted fixtures to be provided under the base bid or as part of Alternate #2?
