    The City of Lancaster is soliciting proposals from qualified nonprofit organizations or public agencies to provide Renter Protection and Homeless Prevention (RPHP) Administration Services. The selected Proposer will be responsible for delivering comprehensive program administration to support households at risk of housing instability within the City. Services include program outreach and marketing, intake and eligibility assessment, referral services, and the administration of emergency rental and flexible financial assistance. Additional responsibilities include maintaining performance standards (such as timely disbursement of assistance), implementing accessible grievance procedures, coordinating with partners, and submitting regular reports through the City’s grant management system.
