It is highly encouraged potential responders review Section 00 73 16 Insurance Requirements as well as AIA A201, Article 11 of the solicitation before submitting a response. This solicitation includes qualification requirements. Attachment C of the Response Form contains the qualification requirements for the solicitation. Qualification requirements include, but are not limited to: Responding company has completed as a Prime Contractor or as a Subcontractor, the work for at least 3 contracts which have achieved Substantial Completion since January 1, 2021, for construction of General Construction. Park Street, Fergus Falls, MN 56537. Prime contractors must pre-register for the meeting by August 5, 2026, at 4PM by contacting Wang Vue at wang.vue@state.mn.us or (651) 201-2395. Responders must attend the pre-bid meeting prior to submitting their response. Responses received from responders that did not attend the pre-bid meeting will be rejected.
