ALL BIDS SHALL BE UPLOADED ONTO PUBLIC PURCHASE ONLY. NO EMAIL OR HARD COPY SUBMISSIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Notice & Instructions to Bidders, Official Proposal and Special Provisons must be downloaded. All questions and requests for clarifications must be submitted through the Public Purchase website. Do not email questions directly to the Department of Water Supply.
