Qualification requirements include, but are not limited to: Responding company has completed as a Prime Contractor the work for at least three (3) contracts which have achieved Substantial Completion since January 1, 2021, for General Contracting that involved similar project scope. Each of these contracts MUST have had a construction value of $600,000 or greater. OR In lieu of Responding company’s projects, Responder may provide up to three (3) qualifying projects completed by the Project Manager while employed by others which have achieved Substantial Completion January 1, 2021, for General Contracting that involved similar project scope, and have a construction value of $600,000 or greater. Project Manager and Job Superintendent listed EACH has had at least five (5) years of experience with General Contracting similar in scope and value to this project. Each of these contracts must have had a construction value of $600,000 or greater. This Project has a 3% Targeted Group, Economically Disadvantaged, Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (TG/ED/VO) subcontracting goal. The TG/ED/VO subcontracting goal will not be a consideration in determining the lowest responsible Prime Contractor. This solicitation includes required insurance as recommended for the project’s specifications and scope of work. It is highly encouraged potential responders review Section 00 73 16 Insurance Requirements, as well as AIA A201, Article 11 of the project manual in the solicitation before submitting a response.
