NYSERDA has traditionally scored proposals favorably that include specific disadvantaged community commitments, such as voluntary contributions to REACH. Responding to this RFA is optional, and failure to respond will not affect an Applicant’s ability to respond to future sourcing requests or opportunities with NYPA.
