A non-mandatory, pre-proposal conference will be conducted on June 3, 2025, 10:00 AM (MDT) at the Frank B. Wise Building, 3 Ethete Road, Fort Washakie, WY 82514. The pre-proposal conference will also be available virtually for those unable to travel to Fort Washakie. A tour of the existing facilities will follow the conference. The site tour will not be presented virtually. Solicitation information is available via Public Purchase, www.publicpurchase.com. Only responses submitted electronically through the Public Purchase site will be considered.
