Description

Milwaukee Transport Services, Inc. (“MTS”), operator of the Milwaukee County Transit System (“MCTS”) seeks Bids for the delivery of 4-day training classes covering Defensive and Arrest Tactics (DAAT) and Professional Communications Skills (PCS) strategies and best practices. Training classes will be conducted over the course of 1 week and be delivered on-site at MTS to new and existing MTS Public Safety Officer (PSO) personnel. MTS expects to require between 1 and 4 classes per year. - MCTS Public Safety Officers are not sworn law enforcement officers. - Contractor shall provide DAAT training current PSO personnel (officers, supervisors). - MCTS anticipates staffing increases during the contract term. - Contractor shall provide all instruction and documentation necessary for participants to successfully complete and receive applicable DAAT Certification upon satisfactory completion of the training, in accordance with the Contractor's certification standards.
