Scope of work includes site preparation, foundation interface, home/unit installation and setting, grading, driveway and parking improvements, septic connection, utility hookups (water, electric, plumbing, data, and mechanical), required permits and inspections, final cleanup, and project closeout. Contractors must verify site conditions and coordinate all work necessary to achieve code compliance and final approvals. No work, material orders, mobilization, excavation, utility work, or construction activities may begin until NRDC issues a written Notice to Proceed. Keeseville Construction Project – Bid Opportunity NRDC is soliciting bids for construction of a new 16' x 24' cabin with loft in Keeseville, NY. This project is a new cabin build with floorplans pre-selected. The foundation is assumed to be in place. Bidders should not include foundation construction in the base bid unless otherwise authorized by NRDC. Contractors are responsible for verifying existing site conditions, foundation readiness, utility connections, and septic system status. Scope of work includes cabin construction from the verified foundation forward, including framing, roofing, exterior finishes, windows and doors, insulation, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, interior finishes, fixtures, appliances, utility connections, septic connection/verification, required permits and inspections, final cleanup, and project closeout.
