Bids must be submitted on blanks furnished by the City of Bismarck. Copies of blank bid forms may be obtained from Public Works Utility Operations, 601 South 26th Street, Bismarck, ND 58504, 701-355-1700, option 4, or via email to publicworksutility@bismarcknd.gov. The equipment can be viewed by appointment only. The right is reserved to hold all bids for a period of forty-five (45) days, to reject any and all bids, to waive technicalities or to accept such as may be determined to be in the best interest of the City of Bismarck.
