The lessee must submit a separate sealed bid on the above described tracts of NOT LESS THAN $20.00 PER ACRE, provide a standard general liability policy with occurrence limits not less than $1,000,000.00, provide a certificate of insurance with the East Feliciana Parish School Board as an additional insured and a waiver of subrogation, provide a written agreement stating that the East Feliciana Parish School Board is held free and harmless from any and all claims to persons or property that may occur as a result of any activities conducted and/or hidden defects on the premises and obey all game and wildlife regulations.
