When the review is completed, SEPTA intends to work with the City on solicitation and zoning for the 120-128 East Chelten Avenue, Philadelphia, Transit Oriented Communities joint development opportunity.
Interested parties’ submissions will be in the form of responses to SEPTA’s questions regarding the features of the system along with any comments pertaining to the attached Scope of Inquiry.
