    Description

    SEPTA is conducting an industry review and seeks to acquire information to gain market insight with the goal of finalizing its Request for Proposal (RFP) for Transit Oriented Communities opportunities on approximately 1.4 acres located in Germantown at 120-128 East Chelten Ave., Philadelphia PA.

    SEPTA requests that interested parties submit an RFI response document containing responses to the attached Request for Information -Germantown Station, no later than 3:00 pm EST on Friday, July 10, 2026.
    SEPTA does not intend to hold discussions at this time; however, SEPTA may contact interested parties to schedule individual meetings with SEPTA’s staff either at our headquarters in Philadelphia or virtually via teleconference. When the review is completed, SEPTA intends to work with the City on solicitation and zoning for the 120-128 East Chelten Avenue, Philadelphia, Transit Oriented Communities joint development opportunity.

    Interested parties’ submissions will be in the form of responses to SEPTA’s questions regarding the features of the system along with any comments pertaining to the attached Scope of Inquiry.
