The anticipated successor contract may include: (I) COTS Software & Software as a Service (SaaS); (II) Implementation & Training Services; and (III) Maintenance & Support Services. DGS seeks data-driven input on realistic subcontracting opportunities, percentage ranges, and whether participation requirements should be established at the Master Contract level, Task Order (PORFP) level, or both. This RFI is issued solely for planning and market research purposes.
