The parcels benefit from a newly restored height and density allowance of up to 14 stories applicable to the Center-City zone.
The property consists of two contiguous parcels with two separate folios, 504234011630 (Parcel 1) and 5042340111640 (Parcel 2). Parcel 1 is improved with two commercials buildings previously used for a restaurant and retail, and Parcel 2 is partially improved with a paved parking lot.
The combined parcels are 18,700 sf and are suitable for commercial and/or residential development. The two buildings on Parcel 1 are approximately 2000 sq ft under air.
