Proposals will be examined in accordance with the goals and objectives outlined in this RFP and will be evaluated to determine if training curriculum, manuals, approach, experience, and qualifications demonstrate that the Proposer is likely to meet or exceed expectations. 2 -Quality/depth of training content -Experience of trainers -References -Cost -Length of time in business of training and employee education -Responsiveness to each proposal requirements in this Bid Solicitation.
