    Description

    The Town of Farmville (“Owner”) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide Fixed Base Operator (FBO) services at the Farmville Regional Airport, located in Cumberland County, Virginia. The Airport has a single 4,400-foot paved runway, a terminal building, hangars, and associated facilities. The selected FBO will operate under a lease and operating agreement to provide aeronautical and support services to the flying public.

    Background

    The Farmville Regional Airport serves general aviation users, including private, business, instructional, and transient aircraft. The Airport’s facilities include:

    • One 4,400’ x [width]’ asphalt runway
    • Apron areas
    • Two (2) Terminal buildings
