GHA anticipates utilizing 4% Low Income Housing Tax Credits and tax-exempt bonds. Firms must demonstrate prior successful experience with DOH- and CHFA-funded affordable housing developments of similar scale to be considered. Project design and construction drawings are currently being prepared by Capital Studio Architects, LLC, East Hartford, Connecticut. Interviews and presentations, by invitation only, are anticipated to take place between July 6, 2026, and July 17, 2026, with selection expected immediately following the internal committee review
