    The Tioga County Property Development Corporation (TCPDC), located at 56 Main Street, Owego, NY 13827, is soliciting proposals from interested and qualified General Contractors in accordance with the project scope that is attached. NYS certified Minority/Women Business Enterprises (M/WBE) and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOB) firms are strongly encouraged to submit a proposal, and/or engage with the project as a subcontractor. All bids made by subcontractors must be a part of and included under a General Contractors bid.
