These services are necessary for the purpose of providing critical and consistent support for CDPH staff to perform their duties while working onsite or remotely may have taken on additional duties, working longer hours than usual, or working under significant pressure which directly impacts their wellness and ultimately impacts their health and job performance. In addition, the services will promote and support CDPH¿s core values and successful achievement of identified strategic goals.
