    The Suisun City Public Works Department seeks proposals for a Facility Needs and Feasibility Study at the for the following locations:

    Background

    The City would like to conduct a Police Department Facilities Needs and Feasibility Study to objectively evaluate the City’s current police facility and identify viable options to support operations, compliance, and anticipated staffing growth.

    Additionally, the City is seeking an innovative consulting firm with demonstrated experience in developing both long-term strategic solutions and near-term opportunities for the renovation and expansion of existing Fire Station facilities, as well as the planning and development of a second fire station utilizing temporary or modular design concepts.

    Q (Police Department Scope of Work): Regarding page 4: the RFP includes a detailed list of tasks for the Scope of Work for the Fire Station. Will a detailed scope of work be released for the Police Department as well?

    Q (Client References): Client references are mentioned in both Section A3 on page 7 and Section A4 on page 8. Please confirm whether the minimum of three client references should be provided in Section A4 to correspond with each project example, or if the references should be provided in Section A3 on EACH key technical personnel resume.
