    The City of Concord ("City") seeks proposals from qualified and experienced firms/teams ("Respondent") to provide Request for Proposal (RFP) - Security Services for Concord Naval Weapons Station (CNWS).     • Company resources and equipment (15 pts)

      Resources, technology, and equipment available to support efficient contract performance.

    • Qualifications of project lead/point of contact (15 pts)

      The project lead's/point of contact's experience, qualifications, and ability to effectively oversee contract performance.
