    The City of Anaheim Workforce Development Board (WDB) is seeking proposals from qualified organizations to provide Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act (WIOA) Youth program activities and services for Program Year 2026-27.  The successful bidder will be able to provide in-school youth ages 14-21 and out-of-school youth ages 16-24 with a broad range of coordinated services preparing them for further education, additional training, and successful transition into the workforce.

      Experience and Performance Record-30 points

      Budget Reasonableness-20 points
