REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Butte-Silver Bow Detention Center Food/Food Services Opportunity Notice is hereby given that the City-County of Butte-Silver Bow (“BSB”) is requesting proposals for Butte-Silver Bow Detention Center Food/Food Services Opportunity. Proposals will be received at or prior to 4:00p.m. (Mountain Standard Time) May 24th, 2024, at the Sheriff’s Office 225 N. Alaska, Butte, Montana 59701. The Sheriff’s Office of BSB is seeking proposals from qualified food and food service providers. This task is providing three (3) nutritious meals per day as defined by a certified dietician to each BSB inmate 365 days per year to 155 W Quartz, Butte, MT 59701. Qualified individuals or businesses are expected to have demonstrated experience and knowledge of food service operations – including food selection pursuant to state dietary standards, food preparation, transportation and on-site service in a correctional environment. The respondent must demonstrate it is duly registered in the State of Montana or be able to register. RFP will be posted on the City-County of Butte-Silver Bow website at http://co.silverbow.mt.us/bids.aspx. The Request for Proposals will be on file at the Clerk and Recorder’s Office.
