In 1981, the aquatic center was added to the park. The purpose of this project is to provide essential infrastructure and site improvement updates to the park and aquatic center. Scope of Work: The scope of work will include a master planning effort, as well as full design of the project site. The first phase of the project will comprise of significant stakeholder coordination and public outreach, which will help inform the ultimate site layout. The final deliverable from this phase will be an approved conceptual master plan. Following a successful master planning phase, we will initiate the final design phase of the project. Design services for this project may include, but is not limited to conceptual development and planning, public involvement, design, utility coordination, permitting, bid assistance, and construction document development including construction plans, survey, specifications, and estimates.
