The location of the project site is at the Administration Building in the new KapalamaContainer Terminal (“KCT”) located at 1701 Auiki Street, Honolulu, HI 96817. Notes: The new owner furnished BESS is to be installed at the administration building as per the guidance drawings(Figure 1) and Tesla’s installation instructions (Figure 2). The owner furnished BESS will be deliveredaround April/May 2026 time frame. The installation area is currently a dirt/gravel area. There are existing4” conduits to the area of the BESS from the Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) location underground asshown on the guidance drawings. The conduit has not been stubbed up to the surface.
