The City of Salinas is seeking to retain qualified consultants to provide engineering services for the Bridge Preventive Maintenance Program, BPMPL 5045 (046). The City is requesting proposals for design services for preventive maintenance work for three (3) bridges. General services shall include but are not limited to the assessment of the site and current layout, construction plans, specifications, and engineer’s estimate of probable construction costs (PS&E) to enable the City to go out to bid for construction.
