The City of Salinas is seeking to retain qualified consultants to provide engineering services for the Bridge Preventive Maintenance Program, BPMPL 5045 (047). The City is requesting proposals for design services for preventive maintenance work for one bridge. General services shall include but are not limited to the assessment of the site and current layout, construction plans, specifications, and engineer’s estimate of probable construction costs (PS&E) to enable the City to go out to bid for construction. Services shall also include records research, topographical survey, permits, notifications, survey report of hazardous materials, abatement specifications, utility investigations and coordination, soils report, traffic control, CEQA/NEPA requirements, and right-of-way acquisition, if necessary. One cost proposal shall be submitted for BPMP 5045(047).
