    Description

    The Brooklyn Navy Yard Development Corporation (BNYDC) seeks proposals for construction management services for the subdivision and fit-out of the 9th Floor of Building 303. The work includes the following:

    • Subdivision of the floor into eight (8) white box suites.
    • Selective fit-out of one approximately 6,000 SF subdivided Advanced Manufacturing Suite, which will comprise of an ISO 7 Clean Room, office space, support spaces, and a pantry.

    Entities responding to this RFP are encouraged to include Locally Based Enterprises (LBEs) and Minority and Women-owned Businesses (M/WBEs) as sub-consultants and sub-contractors. The project has participation goals for MBEs (20%), WBEs (10%), LBEs (15%), as well as a minority & women workforce goal of 47%, a local workforce goal of 25%, and a new hire goal of 10 positions.
