    Description

    The Brooklyn Navy Yard Development Corporation (BNYDC) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to seek proposals from entities interested in performing elevator maintenance oversight and inspection services for fifty (50) vertical transportation devices within the Brooklyn Navy Yard campus.

    Locally Based Enterprises (LBEs) and Minority and Women-owned Businesses (M/WBEs) are encouraged to respond to this RFP. Respondents must identify if they or their proposed subcontractors are LBEs or M/WBEs.

    • A mandatory pre-submission conference will be held at BNYDC’s offices on Monday, March 31, 2025, at 11:00 AM.
    • All questions are due no later than Thursday, April 17, 2025, at 4:00 PM.
    • Proposals are due no later than Thursday, April 24, 2025, at 4:00 PM.
    • BNYDC anticipates conducting interviews on or about May 12, 2025.
    • BNYDC anticipates awarding a contract on or about June 18, 2025.
    • BNYDC anticipates the work will start on or about July 1, 2025.
