Park Street, legally described as: BUTTE TOWNSITE, S13, T03 N, R08 W, BLOCK 27, Lot 15, E2 15, ALL 16, 17, 18 (Lots 15 and 16 are owned by the BRM - Lot 18 is owned by BSB) Minimum Price - $56,273 The purpose of this invitation for proposals is to offer the above-described properties for private development, use, and owner­ship. Proposals are due on Wednesday, August 24, 2022 by 5:00 PM in the Butte-Silver Bow Clerk and Recorder Office, the Butte Silver Bow Courthouse, 155 W.
