Request for Proposals for Uniform Rental and Laundry Services

The Brooklyn Navy Yard Development Corporation (BNYDC) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) for uniform rental and laundry services for approximately 130 employees. The scope includes the supply, fitting, laundering, and maintenance of uniforms for security and facilities employees. Key deliverables include a startup inventory of uniforms, consistent pickups and drop-offs for laundering, repairs as needed, and adherence to specified uniform standards.

• Scope of Services: Provide uniform rental and laundry services, including proper fit, startup inventory, garment control tagging, weekly uniform pickups and drop-offs, laundering, repairs, and replacements as necessary.

Locally Based Enterprises (LBEs) and Minority and Women-owned Businesses (M/WBEs) are encouraged to apply.
