The project includes but are not limited to the following described scope: SCOPE OF WORK Ozaukee County is seeking proposalsfromqualified consultants toanalyzethehousingstockand housingmarketwithin Ozaukee County, inventory existing housing resources,identifygaps inthelocal housing market, identify trends thatmay affectthehousing marketover time,and develop strategiesto addressthecurrentand futureneedsofthecommunity,with theoverallgoalofensuring thathousingopportunities areprovided for householdsof alltypes,ages,and incomelevels. Proposals may not be delivered by facsimile transmission or other telecommunication or electronic means. Each envelope shall be properly identified on the face thereof "SEALED Proposal – HOUSING STUDY”. No proposal shall be withdrawn for a period of (30) thirty days after the opening of said proposals, without the consent of Ozaukee County. Ozaukee County may reject any or all proposals on any basis and without disclosure of any reason. The failure to make a disclosure shall not result in accrual of any right, claim or cause of action against the County. The County also reserves the right to waive any formalities or informalities in proposing and to select the proposal that, in its opinion, will best serve the interests of the County Published by authority of the Ozaukee County on April 9th and 16th.
